Data and privacy

We do not collect anything we do not need, and we do not store anything we do not need. We are not building a product around keeping unnecessary history or selling data. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable use

Please use Lumora kindly. You must not:

We may suspend or end access if we reasonably believe these rules are broken.

Service changes

Features may change as the product grows. Deep links such as lumora:// open the app when installed. App stores and other third-party platforms have their own terms.

Intellectual property

Lumora branding, site design, and software are protected by applicable IP laws. Use them only as needed to use the service, or with written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Lumora, except where UK law says otherwise. If you are a UK consumer, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Ending use

You may stop using Lumora at any time. We may suspend or end access with reasonable notice where practicable, or immediately for serious misuse or legal risk.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we will update this page and the date above. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms, except where UK consumer law requires a different approach.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live in the UK.
