Privacy Policy
Lumora is a soft ambient presence app for friends and couples. You share an intentional presence pulse (a colour or a vibe), not a chat. Our stance is simple: we do not collect anything we do not need, and we do not store anything we do not need.
Who we are
Lumora is provided via withlumora.app. Privacy questions: support@weareag.co.uk.
Our approach
We are not building a data store of your life. We do not sell personal data. We do not want advertising profiles, public social graphs, or unnecessary history of who thought of whom. Where the product can work without accounts, analytics, or tracking, that is the preference.
This site is a light marketing and invite surface. It does not require you to create an account to read it.
What we process (only if needed)
If the app needs something to function (for example delivering a presence pulse to someone in your private circle, or a push notification on their device), we will process only the minimum operational data for that moment. That might include identifiers needed for circle membership and delivery, and a device push token if you allow notifications.
We do not keep pulse history longer than needed to deliver the experience. We do not run behavioural tracking or advertising analytics on withlumora.app for this product.
Legal basis (UK)
Where UK GDPR applies, we process personal data because it is needed to provide the service you ask for (contract), or where we have a narrow legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and working, balanced against your rights. If we ever ask for optional consent (for example certain notifications), you can say no or withdraw later.
Sharing
We may use trusted infrastructure providers solely to host and deliver the service, under arrangements that require them to protect data. We do not sell your data. We share information only if the law requires it or to protect people from serious harm.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). Contact support@weareag.co.uk.
Children
Lumora is intended for adults. We do not knowingly offer it to children under 16 (or the higher age required where you live for this kind of service).
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
